The 4.7-inch phone packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz.
The 4.7-inch screen uses IPS technology and is bright and vibrant. It sports a 1,280x720-pixel resolution.
The Redmi 2 is slightly smaller than the Redmi 1S, but the size of the screen is the same.
